Description
The Engineer develops and implements cost-effective manufacturing processes and methods, recommends production improvements, and coordinates manufacturing launches for new or repeat products. Responsibilities include manufacturing planning for parts and tools, CAD-based drawings and tooling design, research, product and process analysis, and compliance with customer, industrial, and government regulations. The role requires an associate degree in a related field, 3–5 years of engineering planning experience, and machine-shop experience is highly desirable; SolidWorks and GD&T knowledge are also required.
