Holder Construction is hiring a full-time, in-person Engineer for its Project Controls team on a project in Indianapolis, Indiana. The role involves collecting and analyzing subcontractor change requests, resolving issues, communicating with subcontractors, reviewing and updating MEP manifest billing, understanding cash flows and owner billing processes, and managing project risks and internal or external conflicts. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in construction management or a quantitative-related field, along with strong communication, time-management, computer, and teamwork skills.
