Description
The L1 Wireless Software Engineer contributes to the end-to-end software development lifecycle for wireless communication systems, including design, implementation, testing, integration, and continuous improvement. The role focuses on real-time Layer-1 baseband software for 5G-NR, LTE-A, O-RAN nodes, DSP and FPGA platforms, 3GPP algorithms, embedded optimization, and system validation. Candidates need 1–3 years of telecommunications or networking experience, a relevant engineering degree, C/C++ coding skills, and hands-on experience with DSP, ASSP processors, FPGA platforms, and wireless communication fundamentals.
