The Hotel Maintenance Technician performs major repairs and maintenance across hotel buildings, rooms, laundry and kitchen equipment, lighting, HVAC, ventilation, water treatment, and swimming pools. The role includes preparing equipment for the next day, responding to guest requests, maintaining safety and inventory standards, coordinating with other departments, and performing preventative maintenance. Candidates need advanced vocational training plus two years of general building maintenance or construction experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, along with relevant specialized certification or licensing.
