Kohler is hiring an onsite Engineer in Kohler, Wisconsin to lead material innovation and waste-to-product initiatives. The role supports new product development, manufacturing process improvement, material sourcing, vendor onboarding, standard operating procedures, project planning, trial documentation, reporting, inventory management, and capital projects. The Engineer will work cross-functionally with engineering, manufacturing, marketing, and technical teams to advance circular-economy solutions from concept through commercialization.
