Description
The Engineer oversees a defined construction scope under one or more subcontractor contracts valued from $500,000 to $10 million. The role manages construction quality, RFIs, submittals, schedules, expediting, QA/QC, safety, coordination, change orders, estimates, contracts, and closeout documentation. It requires a relevant bachelor’s degree and internship experience or four years of construction project experience with Linbeck, an MEPF subcontractor or design firm, and requires on-site work at a main office or project location.
