The Engineer role at Hilton Garden Inn Midland, TX is responsible for responding to guest repair requests, completing and maintaining preventative maintenance, conducting property walks, documenting work through an electronic work order platform, following safety and health codes, and keeping maintenance areas clean. The role requires a positive attitude, ability to follow procedures, strong communication and conflict-resolution skills, willingness to work varied shifts including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays, and the ability to lift 50+ pounds. A technical, trade, or vocational school degree and at least two years of commercial facility, hospitality, or related work experience are preferred.
