Description

The Engineer will serve in the Site and Ship Integration Branch of the Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division, acting as the Command and Control and Weapons Technical Lead for Refueling Complex Overhaul of Nimitz-class aircraft carriers. The role supports mission systems engineering, oversees C2 planning and execution, documents shipboard configurations and interfaces, develops work scope packages, reviews installation drawings, and resolves waterfront engineering issues. Applicants must be U.S. citizens, suitable for federal employment, hold an engineering degree or equivalent education and experience, have at least one year of specialized combat-systems engineering experience, and obtain and maintain the required security clearance.
