Description
The Maintenance Engineer provides technical and preventive maintenance for hotel equipment, building systems, guest rooms, and grounds. Responsibilities include routine repairs, electrical and plumbing work, HVAC and pool maintenance, furniture refurbishment, heavy machinery operation, troubleshooting, work-order completion, guest and staff communication, and maintaining clean work areas. The role requires regular attendance, knowledge of hotel policies, and the ability to respond courteously to guest requests.
