Description
The Engineer will support the NATO Communications and Information Agency’s JSSC services and software infrastructure through Level 2 and Level 3 incident and service-request resolution, troubleshooting, software updates, patching, user acceptance testing, change validation, and on-call support. The role requires extensive system-engineering experience, server and network administration, virtualization, scripting, SQL Server, Azure DevOps, and security knowledge, and is based on-site in Mons, Belgium, with possible travel to other NATO sites and a valid National or NATO Secret personal security clearance.
