Description
The Durst Organization is seeking an Engineer responsible for starting up, regulating, repairing, and shutting down various mechanical and electrical equipment, including multistack modular chillers and Areco boilers. This role involves ensuring equipment safety and optimal operation, performing preventive maintenance on MEP systems, diagnosing and repairing refrigeration systems, reviewing BMS for performance, and documenting events. Additionally, the engineer will conduct audits, test and chemically treat hydronic systems, and support other staff members. Responsibilities also include general facility maintenance, carpentry, minor electric and plumbing repairs, and door hardware installation.
