Transwestern Real Estate Services is hiring a Building Engineer in Chandler, Arizona to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on buildings, industrial systems, equipment, and grounds. The role includes inspecting and troubleshooting HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire alarm, lighting, kitchen equipment, roofs, drains, and other building systems; maintaining energy-management records; directing mechanics, technicians, and contractors as needed; and responding to emergencies. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, at least two years of related experience or trade-school training, at least one year of building maintenance experience, relevant trade licenses, and knowledge of building systems and energy management. It is an on-site first-shift role with possible overtime, on-call duties, and physical work involving climbing, standing, and lifting equipment.
