This role involves overseeing the daily operations, maintenance, and repairs of various mechanical power equipment, specifically focusing on heating, ventilation, refrigeration, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems. Key duties include managing and adjusting HVAC equipment to ensure optimal temperature and humidity levels, monitoring computerized energy management systems, and conducting preventive maintenance. The engineer will also handle troubleshooting requests, dispatching tasks to other engineers, and utilizing CMMS for efficient scheduling.
