The Engineer | Backend Developer will join the geoSystems Business Unit to develop and produce space-related technology. Responsibilities include applying continuous integration and automated testing, maintaining development documentation, ensuring software meets security, scalability, and performance requirements, contributing to product design and technical architecture, and developing software with Java and cloud-based solutions. The role requires a relevant degree, at least three years of software development experience, strong Java and backend systems knowledge, database and API expertise, Git proficiency, and experience with message brokers and event streaming systems.
