Description
Magna Powertrain is hiring a permanent Engineer CAP Design to create and edit 3D CAD models in CATIA, produce main and sub-assembly drawings, customer installation drawings, ballooned drawings, and virtual build-up simulations. The role also covers CATIA-based GBX bill of materials, requirement tracking, DFMEA/PFMEA and RISC analysis, concern management, preferred-parts tracking, design-review documentation, and 1D tolerance-stack analysis. Candidates need a university degree in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, physics, or a similar domain, 3–8 years of relevant professional experience, CATIA V5 and ENOVIA knowledge, and expertise in GD&T, automotive gearbox and mechatronics, and related standards and problem-solving methods.
