Description
The Senior Engineer, Capital Improvement Program, will support the Assistant Manager, Engineering Services, Pipeline by planning, reviewing, and developing capital improvement program activities for water and wastewater services. The role coordinates consultants and contracting parties, manages design functions and capital project budgets and schedules, supports a centralized capital program management system, communicates with the Board and customers, and may serve as Assistant Manager in the absence of that staff member. The position requires a bachelor's degree in engineering, at least five years of relevant experience, a valid Texas driver's license, and professional engineer licensure.
