Description
The role manages end-to-end NPI demand fulfillment, build plans, production orders, WIP and hot-lot movement, cycle-time governance, NPI-to-HVM transitions, risk reviews, and automation initiatives across semiconductor manufacturing sites. It requires a bachelor's degree in engineering, supply chain, operations, manufacturing, or industrial engineering, experience in semiconductor manufacturing or NPI management, and proficiency with data analysis, Excel, Power BI or Tableau, and manufacturing planning systems.
