Micron is hiring a Global Planning Modeling Engineer to support the Manufacturing network by calculating and presenting capital impacts of process changes, optimizing equipment and tool-level capacity, completing financial analyses for capital equipment, verifying capacity-modeling accuracy, balancing capital spend against demand satisfaction, and managing improvement plans. The role also involves integrating AI-assisted tools and contributing to continuous improvement. Required qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a business-related or quantitative field, experience translating complex problem statements into structured solutions in a multi-functional environment, independent organizational work, and at least two years of semiconductor capacity-planning experience.
