Description
The Engineer Class 2 will operate hotel equipment, maintain domestic hot and cold water systems, monitor electrical systems, perform repairs in guest rooms and public spaces, complete cleaning and general maintenance, respond to house calls, maintain building temperatures, and follow fire alarm, hotel, and OSHA procedures. The role requires a Class 2 operating engineer license and a universal EPA certificate, and requires availability for AM, PM, overnight, weekend, and holiday shifts.
