Description
The Application Engineer will support the engineering function for LEI plant manufacturing products used in secondary distribution networks, with a focus on application engineering, customer drawings, approvals, and wiring deliverables. Responsibilities include preparing power, control, auxiliary, assembly, and instrument drawings; coordinating with marketing, quality, fabrication, production, stores, and customers; performing medium-voltage switchgear design, load and fault calculations, relay and transformer selection, and customer-site approvals. The role requires an electrical engineering degree, AutoCAD and MS Office skills, and 2–4 years of medium-voltage switchgear experience, with application-engineering experience in schematic or single-line diagrams required.
