The role includes research and development, troubleshooting, vendor coordination, training, bid specifications, retooling, safety compliance, and equipment run-offs. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, controls, manufacturing engineering, or a related field, plus five years of relevant experience, along with knowledge of automation, electronics, mechanics, and specified control software and programming tools.
