Description
HARMAN is hiring a Senior Cost Engineer in Pune, India, to support automotive profitability and growth through mechanical cost analysis, supplier cost and sourcing strategy, best-cost design, engineering optimization, and technical supplier negotiations. The role reports to the Best Cost Analytics, Cost Engineering Lead as an individual contributor and requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, at least six years of relevant cost engineering experience, automotive mechanical experience, and strong technical communication and AI fluency. It is a regular permanent position with a hybrid work arrangement, onsite three days per week, and up to 20% domestic and international travel.
