Textron Aviation is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to provide technical assistance to service facilities, field support personnel, and aircraft operators. The role coordinates technical and engineering information between customers, marketing, engineering, and manufacturing; prepares technical proposals and problem summaries; analyzes discrepancy reports; coordinates corrective actions; supports on-site investigations; audits training curricula; presents technical seminars; and coordinates with supplier quality. Candidates need substantial aircraft maintenance experience, extensive avionics knowledge, and one of several education or experience combinations, including an A&P license, a technical degree, or a bachelor’s degree with relevant experience.
