The role plans, develops, and implements customized testing solutions and engineering activities, translating quality and technical-compliance strategies into actionable plans. Responsibilities include laboratory and workplace design, factory simulation, testing-process design, standardization, time studies, continuous improvement, cross-functional project leadership, and alignment with product and process industrialization. The position requires mechanical and electrical engineering knowledge, test-bench and root-cause analysis skills, industrial-engineering methods, quality and technical-compliance knowledge, and familiarity with lean production and Industry 4.0 technologies.
