The Early Career Talent (ECT) -- Data Analytics / Computer Science role supports data analytics initiatives, operational dashboard and visualization development, process data collection and analysis, reporting, and automation for Western Digital’s high-precision manufacturing operations. The position is based in the Philippines, reports to the Head Backend Engineering organization, and requires a relevant bachelor’s degree, fresh-graduate or maximum one-year experience, programming and data-analysis skills, and familiarity with data visualization tools.
