Description
Micron Technology is hiring a Senior Verification Engineer to own verification and end-to-end analysis of sophisticated full-chip gate-level custom memory designs, including DDR5, LPDDR5, DDR6, and LPDDR6. The role involves guiding verification efforts, developing test cases and environments, running simulations and regressions, analyzing timing and logic, and applying AI-assisted tools to improve verification productivity. Candidates need 4-8 years of experience, a bachelor's or postgraduate degree in electronics engineering or a related field, and expertise in SystemVerilog, UVM, DRAM/SRAM, and gate-level simulation.
