Description
GlobalFoundries is seeking a Test Engineer to support the testing and characterization of silicon photonic devices for PDK development and customer testing services. The role involves optical and electrical testing at chip and wafer levels, executing test plans, analyzing measurement data, troubleshooting issues, maintaining test equipment, coordinating calibration and maintenance, supporting automated test solutions, and documenting procedures and results. A bachelor’s degree in electronic or optical engineering, physics, or a related discipline is required, along with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
