AGILIOS is hiring an Engineer Developer for adhesive bonding processes in satellite technology and aerospace engineering at its client company in Backnang. The role develops, evaluates, qualifies, optimizes, and introduces adhesive bonding processes for electronic devices and optical systems; performs technological analysis and troubleshooting; selects plastics; supports projects and quality assurance; and coordinates external technical service providers. Candidates need a technical engineering or comparable qualification, several years of relevant R&D, testing, laboratory, materials, or quality experience, knowledge of adhesives and plastics, MS Office skills, and very good English.
