Molex is hiring an Engineer, Die Process in Shijie Town, Dongguan, Guangdong to design and develop progressive stamping dies for new product development and manufacturing operations. The role involves product design reviews, die concept development, CAD and engineering documentation, manufacturability and technical feasibility checks, die tryout and qualification, tooling transfer, technology development, quality and continuous improvement, and project delivery. Candidates need a diploma or higher in mechanical engineering, tooling design, or a related discipline, at least six years of connector stamping die design experience, and proficiency with AutoCAD, NX, and OSDD.
