Description
Molex is hiring an Engineer, DPE in Xinyi, Taipei to develop next-generation liquid cooling solutions and high-speed cables for AI servers, data centers, and high-power electronics. The role leads process strategy, DFM, manufacturing feasibility, flow-process definition, cross-functional coordination, and product/process improvement from NPI through MP. It requires a bachelor’s degree in mechanical, manufacturing, automation, or an equivalent field, 5–8 years of product design, mold, die, or manufacturing experience, predictive engineering knowledge, CAD skills, and strong English and cross-functional communication.
