The role involves setting electrical specifications, designing experiments, developing TCAD and compact models, evaluating reliability, analyzing array-level data, and collaborating with process integration, design, and product engineering teams. Candidates need an MS with 5+ years of industry experience or a PhD with hands-on research in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related field, along with semiconductor device physics, memory technology, DRAM characterization, and data-analysis expertise.
