Micron Technology is hiring a Process Integration Engineer for its DRAM R&D Memory Group to develop and integrate critical memory technologies for AI-enabled customers. The role focuses on creating structural and electrical specifications and design rules, optimizing process flows, designing experiments and analyzing results, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and supporting technology transfer to manufacturing. Candidates need knowledge of mainstream memory technologies, an MS degree or higher in a relevant technical field, expertise in device physics, understanding of process integration, and proficiency with data analysis, DOE, and statistical techniques; a PhD is preferred.
