Description
The Telecom Administrator EC365 manages and supports Microsoft Teams telephony, EC365 services, Zoom Phone, Zoom Contact Center, phone numbers, call flows, agents, and unified communications environments. The role requires at least four years of relevant experience, multiple current certifications, VoIP and SIP knowledge, and experience with Microsoft Teams and Zoom telephony.
