Houston Engineering is hiring a Water Resources Engineer in Iowa City, Iowa. The role involves hydrologic and hydraulic modeling of rural watersheds and riverine systems, GIS data processing, field investigations, floodplain and watershed studies, flood risk modeling with HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, and SWMM, ArcGIS mapping, and stormwater design.
