Description
Konecranes is hiring an Electrical Design Engineer to create, maintain, and amend electrical drawings and designs for port cranes, including drive systems, low-voltage distribution, auxiliaries, PLC systems, fieldbus communications, diagrams, parts and cable lists, and layout drawings. The role owns end-to-end design projects with an automation engineer from design through client-site commissioning, supports other corporate departments, and requires a degree in electrical engineering or a related discipline, at least two years of relevant industrial crane design experience, and familiarity with Siemens-based converter/PLC systems, AutoCAD, MS Office, and electrical CAD systems.
