MP Materials is hiring an Electrical Operations Engineer to manage electrical operating expense projects and improve cost efficiency, reliability, and process performance at its new metal, alloy, and magnet-making facility. The role serves as an on-site technical expert for electrical infrastructure, coordinates maintenance, operations, engineering, and capital teams, performs troubleshooting and inspections, leads root-cause analysis and reliability-centered maintenance initiatives, supports contractors and vendors, delivers training, tracks maintenance performance, and assists with engineering, construction, and commissioning activities. A bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field and at least three years of relevant manufacturing or industrial electrical engineering experience are required.
