Description
MP Materials is hiring an Electrical Operations Engineer to manage electrical operating expense projects and improve cost efficiency, reliability, and process performance at a new metal, alloy, and magnet-making facility. The role serves as an on-site technical expert, coordinates maintenance, operations, engineering, and capital teams, performs electrical troubleshooting and inspections, leads root-cause analysis and reliability-centered maintenance initiatives, supports contractors and vendors, delivers training, tracks maintenance KPIs, and assists with engineering documentation and code compliance. A bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field and at least three years of relevant manufacturing or industrial electrical engineering experience are required.
