Description
The Electrode Development Engineer will support lithium-ion battery electrode development by conducting experiments involving slurry mixing, coating, drying, and calendaring; analyzing laboratory data; evaluating electrode performance; maintaining lab equipment; and preparing technical documentation. The role requires a bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant engineering or materials science field, foundational knowledge of electrode materials and manufacturing processes, and basic laboratory, data-handling, statistical, and Microsoft Office skills.
