Description
Howmet Aerospace is hiring an Engineer Training Program (ETP) Engineer to receive technical training in investment casting, manufacturing, materials, thermal processing, automation, data analytics, and related advanced manufacturing topics. The program consists of three six-month cross-functional rotations across multiple United States facilities, with candidates required to relocate during the 18-month program and transition into a permanent full-time role after the final rotation. Applicants must be pursuing a BS in Engineering with a Fall 2026 or Spring 2027 graduation date, have prior internship or co-op or work experience, and be authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.
