Description
Micron Technology is hiring a Photo EUV Technology Engineer to develop and optimize EUV process modules for advanced memory devices. The role includes photolithography and process-integration activities such as material evaluation, reticle and layout design, OPC development, process-window analysis, and overlay optimization, as well as introducing new technologies to manufacturing and collaborating with R&D, high-volume manufacturing, and DRAM development partners. Candidates need proven EUV process development and photolithography experience, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and a bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering, physics, material science, or a related field.
