CAAS is hiring an AI Engineer to support the Ecosystem Development section of its Next Generation Programme Office. The role focuses on developing local engineering capabilities for next-generation Air Navigation Services systems, identifying emerging technologies, and contributing to AI engineering activities such as knowledge graphs, model training, evaluation, fine-tuning, and digital engineering tools. Responsibilities also include supporting ANS programme deployment, coordinating stakeholders, maintaining capability-development plans, and engaging industry and research partners. The position welcomes fresh graduates with relevant study, offers a three-year initial contract, and may lead to permanent appointment or contract renewal.
