Description
The Mechanical Engineering Manager will lead on-site engineering and maintenance of mechanical facilities systems, including HVAC, chillers, boilers, cooling towers, compressed air, fire protection, and cleanroom air systems. The role plans preventive and corrective maintenance, responds to system issues, leads mechanical engineering projects, tracks capacity, manages procurement, and drives reliability, energy savings, sustainability, quality, and AI-enabled improvements. A bachelor’s or advanced degree in Engineering or Science is required, with mechanical-system design experience, semiconductor-industry exposure, and strong analytical and leadership skills preferred or advantageous.
