The HVAC Maintenance Technician develops a service culture, responds to maintenance calls, checks and repairs HVAC equipment through the building management system, prioritizes and follows up on maintenance requests, coordinates repairs with other departments, directs laborers, trains personnel, and ensures compliance with policies. The role requires EPA 608 Type 1 and 2 or universal certification, customer service and communication skills, a valid driver's license, basic computer skills, flexible-shift availability, and the ability to work in bright, noisy, and stressful conditions. The target salary is $23.00.
