Description
The Engineer - Facilities Management will support the Facilities Manager and clients in overseeing day-to-day facilities management services, including maintenance, vendor and contractor coordination, housekeeping, safety compliance, project delivery, SLA/KPI monitoring, reporting, procurement, training, client liaison, and site visits. The role also covers energy management projects, technology integration, cost-improvement initiatives, and invoice coordination. It requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering or science discipline, 3–5 years of structured-contract service delivery experience, CAFM knowledge, a valid driving license, and strong communication and reporting skills.
