Description
The Engineer - Facilities Management Hard Services will support the Facilities Manager and clients in managing day-to-day operational delivery of facility management services, including maintenance, vendor and contractor coordination, housekeeping, safety compliance, project delivery, SLA/KPI monitoring, reporting, procurement, training, invoicing, and client liaison. The role also covers energy-management projects, technology integration, and cost-improvement initiatives. It requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering or science discipline, 3–5 years of experience delivering structured contracts, CAFM knowledge, a driving license, and strong communication and reporting skills.
