Micron is hiring a Fab 10 Facilities Operations Transformation Engineer to transform facilities operations supporting advanced memory and AI applications. The role leads productivity and quality improvement programs, incident prevention, shift operations, facilities service restoration, work-permit systems, emergency response, and AI-enabled operational enhancements. It requires a bachelor’s or advanced degree in engineering or science, familiarity with data analytics and automation tools, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to collaborate across sites and levels.
