Molex is hiring an Engineer, Failure Analysis in Zhuhai, Guangdong to create and lead a failure analysis team, repeat customer claims, identify root causes of RMA products, prepare failure analysis reports, analyze failure statistics, publish final failure-in-time cases, and drive corrective actions. The role requires a bachelor's degree or higher in science and engineering, at least three years of related experience in optical communications, knowledge of failure analysis methods and quality tools, project leadership experience, and strong written and communication skills.
