ASM is hiring an Engineer, Field Process in Phoenix, Arizona to support semiconductor capital equipment in a high-volume manufacturing customer fab. The role bridges customer, field service, account leadership, and global product teams through tool installation, qualification, warranty, ramp, production support, troubleshooting, data analysis, containment, corrective actions, and structured escalation. Candidates should have a relevant technical degree or significant semiconductor process, equipment, customer support, research, or HVM experience, along with expertise in semiconductor processing, thin-film deposition, vacuum systems, metrology, DOE, statistical analysis, and related tools.
