Description
ASM is hiring Engineer I and Engineer II Field Service engineers to support advanced semiconductor equipment at a customer site in Boise, Idaho. The role involves installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, documenting, and improving semiconductor tools; supporting escalations and beta testing; and providing customer-focused field service. Domestic and international travel of at least 30% is required, along with a Monday-through-Friday schedule and rotating shifts. Engineer I candidates need a bachelor’s degree in Electromechanical Engineering or a related field and 1–3 years of relevant experience, while Engineer II candidates need a bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Electromechanical Engineering or a related field with 4+ years of experience, or a master’s degree with 0 years of experience. The position is not eligible for visa sponsorship for external candidates.
