Description
ASM is hiring a Software Engineer to support the development, testing, deployment, maintenance, and improvement of software for semiconductor manufacturing equipment. The role involves troubleshooting hardware, electrical, and software issues; managing escalations with field support engineers and customers; contributing to regression testing; writing specifications and designs; investigating problem reports; participating in system design; and upgrading customer tools. The position requires C++ or C# software development skills, code-reading ability, and debugger/IDE proficiency, with domestic and international travel of 25%–50% required.
